How It Works

Getting your subscription from KalyaniOTT is simple, quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

Browse our available subscriptions and choose the plan that you want to purchase.

Open the subscription and carefully read its description, features, validity and other details before placing your order.

Once you have selected your subscription, add it to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

At checkout, a QR Code will be displayed for payment.

Scan the QR Code using any supported UPI app and complete your payment.

Once your payment is completed successfully, the payment will be automatically verified by our system.

You do not need to send a separate payment screenshot unless requested by our support team.

After successful payment verification, your Order Number will be generated automatically.

Please keep your Order Number safe as it may be required for order-related support.

Your Order Number will be displayed on the order confirmation page. Just below it, you will find a WhatsApp button.

Click on the WhatsApp button and send us the message that is already prepared for your order.

After receiving your WhatsApp message, our team will process your order and deliver the required subscription details on WhatsApp.

Make sure you provide the correct WhatsApp number while placing your order so that we can contact you without any problem.

If you face any issue while placing your order or making payment, contact KalyaniOTT Support.
