4. 📋 Customer & Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, email address and WhatsApp number, while placing an order.

KalyaniOTT is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once subscription credentials or activation details have been delivered to the contact information provided by the customer, the delivery obligation is considered fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for keeping their subscription credentials secure and confidential.

5. 📦 Digital Product Delivery

All products available through KalyaniOTT are digital products. Subscription credentials or activation details may be delivered through Email and/or WhatsApp after successful payment verification.

Normal delivery may take a few minutes, while in certain cases processing may require up to 24–72 hours depending on availability, verification, technical conditions or order volume.

Delivery delays within the applicable processing period do not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. 💳 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
KalyaniOTT reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
Payment must be completed successfully before subscription delivery or activation.
Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards and other payment methods displayed on the website.

7. 🚫 Refund Policy

All digital subscription purchases are generally final and non-refundable after payment has been processed.

Digital products cannot normally be returned or exchanged after purchase.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted the KalyaniOTT Refund Policy.

8. ⚠️ Fair Usage

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KalyaniOTT's liability relating to a particular subscription shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that subscription.

All original content available on the KalyaniOTT website, including its logos, branding, text, graphics, layout and other original materials, belongs to KalyaniOTT or its respective licensors.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification or commercial use of such content is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks, names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
